High School Piano Accompanist

The Excelsior Springs School District is seeking a Piano Accompanist at the Excelsior Springs High School.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Good communication skills

• Ability to read and play piano music

• Ability to establish and maintain good rapport with students and teacher

• Pass a MHP background check

Responsibilities

• The piano accompanist will work closely with the vocal music director and the theatre director

• Provide musical accompaniment to individual students and groups

• Accompany students and provide musical accompaniment to various musical performances and extra curricular activities throughout the school year

• May require evening and weekend hours a few times throughout the school year
